To evaluate the reliability of power-generating equipment,effective analysis on past data and prediction on future index should be conducted.Most importantly,past analysis and future prediction should be connected in order to compare and contrast,and to find weakness of the equipment and critical factors that affect integrated reliability.Consequently,the connection between past analysis and future prediction can improve the quality in each process,such as plant designing,manufacturing,construction,maintain and operating.At the same time,the connection can reach the requirement of the power grid and government,on economi c and environment-friendly operation with reliability.The article mainly focuses on the discussion of auxiliary failures mode and its effect to the security and reliability of economic and enviro nment-friendly unit.An evaluation method is given and an evaluation system is built.Fault mode was stratified by collecting the status and data from Guohua company 34 units auxiliary equipment.its status were confirmed and 4 kinds of unhealthy operation modes were identified.Furthermore,evaluation factors and evaluation indexes of the evaluation system of single and group auxiliary equipment were donated.According to the evaluation system,general evaluation of operation condition of the auxiliary equipment was drawn,qualifying the reasonability and practicab ility of such evaluation system.In this article,the study innovatively conducted detailed analysis of the reliability of auxiliary equipment.Based on the status of unit mentioned in "reliability evaluation code for generating equipment"(DL793-2012),the study confirmed the evaluation status of auxiliary equipment,conducted general methods of evaluating reliability of auxiliary equipment and established an evaluation system.Consequently,the study effectively standardizes the reliability evaluation syst em of auxiliary equipment and significantly promotes the management of evaluating auxiliary equipment.
