Power station auxiliary equipment is an auxiliary machine for power station production in addition to the turbine,which is indispensable in power station operation.Development of domestic power station auxiliary equipment is to meet the needs of domestic power plant construction mainly through introducing advanced technology from the West in the 1980 s,self-digesting In the 1990 s and self-digesting and re-innovating in the 21 st century.The main feature of power station auxiliary equipment is wide variety,compared with the main large power generation equipment,auxiliary equipment manufacturing and R & D needs not only high technology,but also across many disciplines and fields.In order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises for the long-term sustainable development of enterprises,the company continues to increase investment in scientific research projects.Previous research and development project evaluation mechanism is mainly based on the company's experts' thinking through their own experience and holding project review meeting to determine whether the project is approved,which is lack of objective screening and the measuring methods and shall impact on the enterprise development.Therefore,the company urgently needs to have an objective evaluation standard in scientific research projects approval to reduce the subjective judgment and improve the quality of scientific research projects,which has great significance for the declared project screening in the company.Combining the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and BP neural network algorithm,the evaluation model of project approval of power plant auxiliary equipment enterprise is established in the essay.Firstly,the model present an index system architecture of research project evaluation by using the analytic hierarchy process and combining with the enterprise development direction and power station industry development direction in recently years,and determine the weight of each index,so the experts can be more objective in the assessment of the project;then the previous company research and development projects shall be scored according to the index system and trained by the BP neural network,the evaluation model of scientific research project will be established.In 2015 the practical application of new approved R & D project in the enterprise shows that,the experts can check the projects strictly very well by the new project evaluation method,which can provide important reference for the enterprise to evaluate the scientific research project approval.With the increase of project approval,training samples are increased to ensure neural network can better reflect the actual situation of the enterprise R & D project and reduce the subjective mistakes in project approval,which can make project evaluation more accurate and meet the research work needs of the company in recent years.
