Development And Design Of Evolution System Of Power Line Engineering Safety

With the development of electric power construction scale,the upgrade of voltage level,the application of new technology has put forward new challenges for the construction of safety management of power transmission project.Therefore,the construction of power transmission project needs a scientific and quantitative safety assessment method and system,then using computer technology to realize the safety evaluation of fast flexible and standardized,and then take corresponding measures according to the evaluation results,to reduce or avoid the transmission line project safety accidents.To achieve this purpose,this study first combing and analysis of safety assessment methods and different models,clear the characteristics of various methods and the scope of application,which lays a solid foundation for the safety evaluation of transmission line engineering.Then identify the identification of safety influence factors,using AHP hierarchical partitioning method,can be the influence of safety evaluation factors are divided into personnel,machinery,materials,five aspects of environment and management,and the influencing fact ors of the five aspects of the segmentation.Based on the factor analysis,a set of transmission lines can reflect the engineering safety problems,safety evaluation index system.Provide a means for the safety evaluation of transmission line engineering.In order to realize the safety evaluation of transmission line engineering,management,evaluation and methods to establish index system,from the transmission line.The demand analysis includes the analysis of system user roles,safety evaluation and anal ysis of business processes,functional and non-functional requirements analysis.On the basis of the demand analysis,module construction of the database analysis system has been set up.Then,the application of computer technology,development and impleme ntation of maintenance and collection in project information and evaluation of personnel information,the calculation of the index weight,index scores,statistical evaluation results,safety evaluation of transmission line engineering system evaluation re sults query and personal management as a whole.And according to the theory of system testing,construction the system is tested.The system replaces the tedious work of evaluation,improve the accuracy and speed of data safety evaluation work.And effectiveness,providing a new tool for more efficient transmission vector security management and control engineering projects.
