With the rapid development of economy,the development of hydropower industry has been vigorously in our country,at the same time also led to the frequent safety accidents and caused huge property losses and casualties.Hydropower engineering construction is complex,involving a wide range of unsafe factors,which can lead to accidents.In order to make the safety of hydropower construction,it is an effective method to evaluate the safety hazard evaluation.Through the safety evaluation,the enterprise can reasonably analyze the hidden dangers in the construction process,and then do the investigation and rectification of the corresponding hidden dangers,so as to ensure the safety of the construction.By researching the present situation of safety assessment methods at home and abroad,the article constructs a set of evaluation index system for hydropower engineering construction,according to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the characteristics of hydropower project construction,combined with expert opinion.At present,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and artificial neural network are used to study the hidden trouble of engineering safety.BP neural network has strong fault tolerance and associative ability,it can reflect the nature of input information,but it does not have the ability to deal with fuzzy information,and can not effectively utilize expert experience knowledge.There are many uncertainties in the safety factors of hydropower engineering construction,and it has a strong ambiguity,which leads to the limitation of BP neural network.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can deal with fuzzy information well and make use of expert knowledge experience,but its operation speed is slow and precision is low,so combining the two methods can give full play to the advantages of both.Based on the MATLAB neural network toolbox,a fuzzy neural network evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and BP neural network is established by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and BP neural network.The fuzzy neural network model is used to evaluate the safety hazard of the actual project,and the results are verified by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The feasibility of the method is verified by comparing the obtained evaluation results with the actual hidden trouble investigation.The fuzzy neural network model proposed in this paper is a new method to evaluate the safety hidden trouble of hydropower engineering construction,which has some referential significance for the safety hidden trouble of hydropower engineering construction.
