With the development of the society, the project quality management has beenpaid more and more attention. The engineering construction quality managementbecomes the key to decide the project quality.The electric power enterprise is thefoundation of our country industry, transmission line engineering construction inelectric power system, and plays a key role in the construction of transmission lineengineering construction quality level directly affects the safe and stable operation ofthe whole power system.Electric power enterprises need to constantly strengthen theconsciousness of quality management, enhancing the quality control of thetransmission line construction to improve the electric power enterprise own quality,and improve the international competitiveness.Transmission line engineering construction quality management is part of thepower grid construction project quality management, and is clear under the guidanceof quality policy and objectives, through the planning and implementation process ofconstruction project to achieve the quality goals,which is a kind of process,corrective and control of quality control. Only strict construction whole process ofthe construction engineering quality control, including construction qualityassurance system, and set up and run to the construction quality control counter.Theimplementation of the construction process quality control and strict constructionquality acceptance is to achieve the quality of the construction projectconstruction.Based on Inner Mongolia electric220kv transmission line project as anexample,this paper study the transmission line engineering construction qualitymanagement.This paper first systemly elaborate the research background and researchsignificance, analyzing the domestic and international relevant research literatureand review;According to the engineering quality management concepts,characteristics, principles and related factors, this paper expounds the content andcharacteristics of electric power construction project, for later chapters powerengineering project quality management to lay the foundation;Through the analysisof Inner Mongolia220kv electricity transmission lines engineering general situationof the engineering, the paper design characteristics and the design of the main formsand quantities;Starting from the environment and natural conditions of theconstruction project of construction quality management conducted a comprehensiveanalysis.In Inner Mongolia electric engineering quality goal decomposition, thetransmission lines from quality management organizational structure, responsibilities,control measures which is adopted by the engineering construction quality existweak links, and the corresponding preventive measures for the construction of the project quality management system are summarized;Establishing in Inner Mongoliaelectricity and220kv transmission line project quality management evaluationsystem, and using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate thedesign of quality management according to the evaluation results from the qualityassurance system, management and control, construction technology, construction ofappraisal system of the project quality management proposed policy.
