Grid is an important infrastructure of city modernization,the strong power grid provide strong guarantee for development of the national economy.Power grid investment large construction scale,wide coverage,reasonable planning for grid construction,for grid construction projects for effective control,will gain huge economic benefits and social benefits;Otherwise,if the city power grid planning,investment,unreasonable construction control does not reach the designated position,will bring to the country's economic construction and people's life irreparable damage.Project progress control is an important link of project engineering construction management,the implementation and quality assurance of the whole project has a pivotal role.Project progress as one of the important indicators of engineering project management level,the project can develop its economic benefits,and whether can be delivered within a specified time is closely related,so the management of the project schedule is necessary.Combined with project management research status at home and abroad,this paper on the basis of traditional project construction schedule control theory research above,the distribution network overhead line engineering construction progress management present situation and problems,from solve the backward management mechanism,the project schedule and dynamic control and optimization consciousness is not high,lack of adequate communication and coordination problems,highlight the necessity of critical chain project management.This paper in order to "Tang Zhuang 110 kv distribution network overhead line construction project" as an example,based on the critical chain project management,the engineering characteristics,circuit path,the construction of the project scheme,on the basis of careful analysis,based on the critical chain theory of construction project WBS decomposition,determine the critical path;With the help of probability of 50% of the time the most optimistic time as safety cut time process;Analysis of constraint bottleneck,priority rules determine the use of parallel algorithm key chain;Using elastic coefficient method to determine the buffer size,ultimately determine the project schedule of this project.Through the above the critical chain method,the progress control,through the buffer set green,yellow,red trichromatic interval,through project risk forecast,multi-level management,schedule management,project performance evaluation methods such as project management personnel,to control the progress of the projects.By building management model,the control of the critical chain method is used to Tang Zhuang distribution network 110 k V overhead line construction project schedule control,which guarantees the smooth completion of the project,prove that use critical chain technology to control the project schedule is feasible in theory and practice,the future can be applied in other projects of the same type.
