Container shipping is one of the most important modes of shipping.The container loading plan is one of the key factors related to the loading efficiency.In this paper,the research about optimization of container ship stowage for full routes will be done,and the container loading plan with minimal inverted boxes will be obtained by considering the ports order and the number of containers at every port.This research contains significant application value in terms of shipping and opera-tion management of port.Main works are as follows:(1)The optimization of multi-port stowage problem model has been built.First,put-ting forward the container loading algorithm in combination with the experience of the stowage staff,which can reduce appearance of mixed Bay and provide solutions of high quality for DE algorithm;Then,disposing mixed Bay by using differential evolution al-gorithm,minimizing the inverted container in mixed Bay,so as to achieve the goal that minimize the inverted container on full route;Finally,verifying the above-mentioned al-gorithm by the real ship data;(2)On the basis of analyzing construction and meaning of EDI,the method and schemes to analyze EDI are given,and the EDI files which can generate messages in accordance with container loading plan are proposed;(3)Taking advantages of Microsoft GDI,on the basis of Visual Studio 2013,Using C++ programming language to draw the shape images of Bay,and realize the 3D visual-ization of loading plan.In this paper,the optimization of the full route loading of container ships is studied,and a mathematical programming model of multi-port loading and unloading is estab-lished.On the premise of knowing the number of loading and unloading containers at each port of a container liner,achieve the goal that minimize the inverted container on full route.And verifying the above-mentioned algorithm by the real ship data.
