Container transportation is an important form of modern logistics,and the problem of container ship stowage is also a difficult problem in container transportation.The goal of container ship stowage is to obtain reasonable planning of container picking in the yard and the stowage of bay in the ship,but there are few studies that consider the combination of the ship and the yard.Under the background of the outbreak of COVID-19,container ship transportation has been greatly affected,and port outages and port congestion have occurred from time to time.When the destination is disturbed,the planning of taking containers in the yard will change due to the lack of the destination port,and the stowage of bay in the ship will also change due to the stranded containers.In this regard,on the basis of studying the problem of container ship stowage,this paper proposes a research on container ship stowage optimization considering destination disturbance.The disturbance of the destination port on the route is considered in the stowage study,and the corresponding countermeasures are given.First,the optimization objectives and constraints of the stowage problem under destination disturbance are considered.Combined with the relevant theories of yard stowage and container ship stowage,proposed three strategies under the destination disturbance,a hybrid model with the goal of minimizing the number of container shifting in the ship,the number of container shifting in the yard and the number of round trips of the container crane within the bay of the yard is constructed.Then,when designing the algorithm,the idea of genetic algorithm is combined with the binary artificial bee colony algorithm,and the improved binary artificial bee colony algorithm is used to solve the model.In the solution of the model,according to the random mixing situation in the export container area of the port,container loading is carried out for each port on the route.According to the changing planning of container in the yard,the stowage of the containers in the container ship is obtained,so that the number of container shifting in the ship,the number of container shifting in the yard and the number of round trips of the container crane within the bay of the yard are minimized when the containers in the yard are moved to the ship.Finally,the feasibility of the mixed stowage model of the container ship and the yard is verified by the calculation of the example,and the effectiveness of the three strategies is verified by different destination disturbance examples.The experimental results show that,in the case of destination port disturbance,adopting the destination disturbance strategy can reduce the number of container shifting during the stowage process.It has positive significance for reducing the container shifting of container ships during stowage and improving the loading and unloading efficiency of terminals.
