Reconstruction Of Old Urban Districts In Huainan And Countermeasure Research

With the development of urbanization in China,the construction of urban new areas has become one of the important directions of urban development.However,as the urban high-speed construction and development,old urban districts construction and transformation is relatively lagging behind.Throughout the status of old urban districts at home and abroad,a lot of problems have been exposed,such as too large population density,blocked road traffic,as well as the serious environmental pollution.Therefore,to speed up the transformation of the old city is imminent.The implementation of old urban districts renovation plan is to promote regional economic development,change the city behind the face,and achieve an important way for sustainable development of the environment.From the transformation of old urban districts in the country,development,repair and protection have become the main development trend of the transformation of the old city.As the name suggests,the development refers to old urban districts'reconstruction,which has already lost its urban function,such as building new transportation facilities,widening the old roads which cannot meet the needs of people travel,increasing the public service facilities to meet the needs of modern urban development;Repair means reform and transformation.The object is the building which has lost part of its function.After repairing,to make them meet the existing norms;Protection is to retain the famous ethnic culture and historical significance of the building.lt can also promote the development of tourism at the same time.The city of Huainan is located in the middle north of Anhui Province,which is famous of coal.The old city occupy a large proportion,and the exploitation of coal resources,the old city has a series of problems such as building sinks.Thus Huainan's old urban districts transformation task is imminent.This thesis takes Huainan City's transformation of tOld urban districts as an example,through the exploration of the transformation of old urban districts at home and abroad,to sum up the lessons,and by using DeST software,to simulate the residential buildings'dynamic energy consumption before and after the transformation,and the analysis of the energy efficiency after transformation,to provide a certain theoretical basis for Huainan area's transformation of old urban districts.
