Residential enclosures in old communities in Jinan have weak thermal insulation performance and poor indoor comfort.The annual residential building energy consumption is relatively high,resulting in a large energy loss.At the same time,Jinan is located in a cold area of our country,and the original green area of the old community is small,and due to many constraints,it is difficult to realize the plan to increase the ground greening.Research by many experts and scholars at home and abroad shows that vertical greening has good thermal insulation and energy-saving effects on buildings,and can solve the lack of greening in old communities due to insufficient ground space.Therefore,this article starts with the status quo of old communities in Jinan,Therefore,this article starts with the status quo of old communities in Jinan,and explores the key points and schemes of energy-saving design for vertical greening in the reconstruction of old communities.This article first investigates the status quo of the old community from three aspects:the status quo of greening,housing status,occupant comfort and energy use status,and puts forward the key points of the vertical greening design of the old community in Jinan.Then complete the construction of a vertical greening technology system suitable for old communities in Jinan through literature review and market research,and analyze and calculate the thermal performance of the plant canopy and substrate layer for the vertical greening system.Different directions of vertical greening have different shielding rates of solar radiation,and the shielding effect of plant canopy on solar radiation is the main reason for its cooling.Therefore,based on the solar radiation transmission,this paper calculated the conversion coefficient of equivalent thermal resistance of the canopy of plants with different vertical orientation based on the equivalent thermal resistance of the canopy of plants in the horizontal plane,which is a good parameter basis for the following simulation work.For the north-south,east-west and L-shaped residences in the old community of Jinan,the correlation analysis of different shape parameters,different window-to-wall ratio parameters,and different orientations of vertical greening per unit area was carried out.And the walls of each orientation were established.The comprehensive calculation equation of energy saving per unit of greening area,shape parameters,and window-to-wall ratio parameters is used as a calculation model for the design of vertical greening of old communities.Finally,apply the energy-saving calculation model for vertical greening units in different orientations for building 12-15#,Zone 1,Zhengjuesi Community,Jinan,and carry out vertical greening renovation planning and node design.And the economic evaluation of the reconstruction scheme was carried out.
