| The excessive grows of architectural energy consumption and the slow progresses of architectural energy saving have immediate influence on the development of economy in China. In addition, the urban architectural energy consumption has a most proportion of the whole architectural energy consumptions in China. It is important to analyze the current situation and tendency of the urban architectural energy consumptions, as well as the countermeasures of energy saving. The analysis of the architectural energy consumption is the foundation, and the architectural energy saving is the key factor.After the statistical standards were made consistent, the architectural energy consumptions of the last several years are collected by means of Macroscopic Model. Then, the horizontal analysis and the longitudinal one are combined to carry on a systematic and comprehensive study of the urban architectural energy consumptions in our country. The current situations of our architectural energy consumption are found as follows: (1) From the aspect of different areas, the renovations of the existing buildings' energy saving in Shandong, Zhejiang, Beijing, Hebei, Heilongjiang, Jilin and Neimenggu are too slow; the controls on the new buildings' energy savings in Shandong, Neimenggu, Zhejiang, Hainan, Jiangsu and Hunan are not enough. (2) From the aspect of different buildings, the energy consumption per square meter for heating in the north China is the most; that for the public buildings is the second.On the base of energy consumption analysis, the convergence tendency is gained. Moreover, the data of energy consumption in 2020 are forecasted under the current energy saving situations. Combined with the demand of , it is concluded that China should keep its average annual rate of energy consumption growth less than 3.49%, so that the goal can be realized-- GDP will quadruple the 200 volume, while the energy consumption will double the 2000 volume. Meanwhile, each province's energy saving potential is calculated by the comparison between the very province and its approaching neighbors. The results show every province has a potential to save energy consumption per square meter. But their potentials are not the same, and they are even greatly different. As a result, the proper energy saving goals should be built and the effective countermeasures should be taken to fit both the general demands and the local needs.Based on the current situation analysis, forecast and energy saving potential, the strategies of energy saving are put forward focusing on policies, markets and technologies under the guidance of our energy saving goals. The countermeasures are as follows:(1) Establish architectural energy saving consumption statistic system, and consummate the energy saving standards system.(2) Renovate the existing buildings, and strongly control the energy savings of the new buildings.(3) Renovate the heating buildings in the north China, and save the energy consumptions of the public architectures.(4) Take proper countermeasures for different areas.(5) Increase the energy saving propaganda, and the economic means and the incentive mechanism should be applied.(6) Promote the applications of architectural energy saving technologies, and develop the contract energy system.(7) Advance the energy saving marketability, and focus on the energy saving research, so that the energy saving in China can be improved. |
