In the long-span reinforced concrete box-type arch bridge cable lifting construction process,easy to cause in the construction process of the installation of linear and ideal design linear generation Deviation,in order to ensure the smooth closure of long-span reinforced concrete box-type arch bridge and the appearance of bridge and meet the design requirements,it is necessary to control the internal force of the bridge within the design allowable range and must carry out the necessary construction in the process of bridge construction Control work.In this paper,the construction control technology in the construction process of the large span reinforced concrete box arch bridge are introduced in detail in the background of the Xigonggou Bridge.The main contents are as follows:1)Expounds the main method of bridge construction control,reviews the development of construction control technology,this paper discusses the construction control technology research status at home and abroad and the reinforced concrete arch bridge construction control of some problems need to be aware of,and on the characteristics of reinforced concrete box arch bridge,the calculation method of internal force,and the error analysis and adjustment of construction control are discussed.2)In detail elaborated the reinforced concrete box arch bridge construction control technology,puts forward a set of technology,organization,and the combination of information system of construction control.The error sources in the construction control of reinforced concrete box arch bridge are analyzed,and the error can be controlled from four aspects.Based on the least squares method,the theoretical calculation method of least squares method is introduced in detail.3)With my stream ditch bridge as the engineering background,using the finite element software Midas/civil 2015 the establishment of a reasonable space of the whole bridge finite element model,analyzes the structure internal force,displacement,temperature rise and the deformation and internal force under the situation,and in the actual construction of monitoring data,this paper compares and analyzes the results verify the accuracy of the control theory of the construction site.Combined with the research method of the first kind of stability problem to calculate the the minimum stability coefficient in the construction process of XiGongGou Bridge is 9.30.4)The use of formal analysis method to calculate the arch box in the process of hoisting arch box maximum preconditioning is 3.58 cm.The calculation results show that when the prefabricated arch box does not reach the expected storage period,that is,60 days,the deflection of the arch and the arch will increase accordingly,which makes the linear and ideal linear shape deviate.The application of the least squares method to the construction control of XiGongGou Bridge has been carried out.The composite bulk density of C40 concrete after parameter identification is 27.62 kN/m3,and the deflection error of theoretical deflection and measured deflection is obviously reduced,indicating that the parameter identification process more successful.5)Through the research on the buckling process of the arch box,it is recognized that the existing methods have two shortcomings: one is a single set of cable connection,fracture may occur or anchor;The second is a single set of constraints on the arch box is limited,the linear control results of arch box is not ideal.According to the above shortcomings,and thus put forward other other improvements,after calculation,analysis and comparison,the results show that the scheme three by adding two groups the guy is the ideal arch box buckle hang scheme.
