Reinforced concrete arch bridge has large span capacity,high bearing capacity,low cost,little maintenance cost,magnificent bridge and other technical advantages.This kind of bridge has a long history,a large number of construction,strong competitiveness and continuous development.The construction method is the key technology in the construction of reinforced concrete arch bridge.At present,the construction methods of arch bridge are divided into two categories: the support construction and the non support construction.Because the construction of the bridge has the advantages of good integrity and stable construction,so it is widely used in the construction of reinforced concrete arch bridge;The construction experience of reinforced concrete arch bridge is a phased construction process,each part of the structure is gradually formed,and each construction stage of the structural form,construction load are not the same.There are some differences between the design load and the finished bridge state.The structural design analysis in general sense is to apply the load to the structure of the whole structure,but this does not really reflect the actual structure in the construction of the stress characteristics.This analysis method is acceptable for the stress analysis of the bridge structure formed by the whole construction method.But it is just an approximate calculation model,which can not reflect the actual structural stress performance.For the arch bridge structure with different stages,its stress state is accumulated and formed.The arch bridge abutment displacement on the bearing capacity of arch bridge has great influence,need to analyze the influence on the resistance value of internal force of arch bridge with different abutment displacement,ultimate displacement calculation of arch bridge abutment can bear from the theoretical value,provide the basis for the actual control of abutment displacement.The structural stress of each condition or stage must be analyzed independently.According to the analysis of several problems in the construction process,to realize the simulation of the construction process of the bridge by using MIDAS/Civil,analysis and calculation of different arch scheme arch bridge construction sequence and the influence of abutment displacement on the structure,the actual construction organization and abutment displacement control and put forward reasonable suggestions.(1)Select a reasonable plan for this project,and research on deformation law in the segmental casting process with vertical rod arch and arch arch.According to the principle of minimizing the disturbance and deformation of arch pouring process,determine the optimal scheme and concrete segmental arch scheme;(2)The joint action of arch bridge is related to the construction procedure.According to this project,two kinds of construction sequence are put forward:(1)The main arch pouring is completed,remove the arch,poure arch cross wall,finally construct the bridge deck;(2)The main arch after concrete pouring,poure cross wall and bridge deck and remove the arch;Analyse the influence of different construction process on the internal force of the bridge.Determine the degree of joint action,and put forward suggestions for the actual construction sequence;(3)Abutment displacement will affect the bearing capacity of arch bridge.Analyse the influence of the bearing capacity of the arch bridge by calculating for displacement of abutment due to construction causes.Calculating the limit of the corresponding displacement to guide the construction of the project.The results of this paper can provide reference for the actual construction process,organization and abutment construction control of the same type of arch bridge...
