Concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge, as a non-thrust or low-thrust of the arch system, broke the traditional arch demanding restrictions on the pie and the ground, thus increased its applicability,at the same time it had these advantages like this the bridge is diverse, the appearance is beautiful, the structure is reasonable and it has the strong spanning capacity, these made the kinds'in the long-span bridge's campaign has the obvious competitive advantage, but it also added the complexity of the structure's texture,force characters and calculate analysis.This paper at first reviewed the concept and the features of concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge, and then summed up the calculate analysis status of the concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge in the construction process,Finally,combined with a practical project's(Suzhou Xingxian Bridge) calculate analysis, researched further the force characters of concrete-filled steel arch bridge. The main content of this article is as follows:(1)Summarized the related specifications and procedures for the difference in the rigidity of structure of the steel tube concrete, chosed the suitable calculate method to determine the reasonable value in this paper of concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge. Combined the different ratio with the tie beam and arch rib, analyzed the force characters about different structure system of the concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge.(2)Chosen ANSYS finite element analysis software, simulated the arch rib and the tie beam of CFST in the construction process. Analysis their force and deformate characters in the whole construction process,and summarized the corresponding changes rules (including the change rules of the rigidity, stress, deflection about the arch rib and the tie beam and the tie beam's prestressed how to influence the structure's parts). Based on the structure's analysis of the construction, the development of stress and displacement during construction was predicted to provide direction for actual construction.(3)Tracked Xingxian Bridge's site monitoring work, the calculated value of the theoretical analysis results and the actual value of the monitoring were compared with. Validate the reliability and validity of the finite element simulation. The research of the thesis can be refered to the construction control of the long-span CFST arch bridge.
