Based on the Liyuan Bridge in Yunnan Province, reinforced concrete box archbridge, the thesis has simulated the bridge during different construction phases andservice period with the application of finite element software, made some comparisonand analysis as well. The main subjects been studied as follows:①The stress distribution of arch ring during different phases has been acquired bymeans of structure analysis of Lieryuan Bridge in the construction and service period.②Analyzing the stress of arch ring in the most unfavorable construction stage andthe bridge implementation stage without the consideration of stress difference due tothe final concrete setting time difference between prefabricated arch rib and the castedin situ concrete of arch ribs and top surface of girder. And making some comparisonregarding the stress difference duo to the concrete setting time, finding out the moreapplicable stimulus ways to analyze the arch rib in in the construction and serviceperiod of the bridge.③The optimized casting sequences and segments can be obtained according to theanalytic stress variation of main arch ring in different casting sequences after adjustingthe concrete casting sequences between the arch ribs and increasing the number ofcasting segment. The optimized construction sequences can be obtained as wellaccording to the analytic stress variation of arch ring in different constructionsequences after adjusting the construction sequences.④Adjusting concrete area of all parts of arch ribs, analyzing the variation of stressand deflection during construction procedures and service period to optimize the areaof cross sections, which will lighten the loading of the structure, reduce theconstruction cost, shorten the construction duration etc.The study and analysis of the thesis will provide economical, efficient method forthe design and construction of Liyuan Bridge, in a way to reduce the construction cost,improve the construction efficiencies and construction method which will have apractical and applicable value and will provide reference and instructions to the similarbridges construction.
