| As a traditional form of bridges,reinforced concrete box arch bridge represents a major component of bridges built, and is still competitive in a period time of future in the mountainous areas and other regions appropriate to build arch bridge. In methods of reinforced concrete box bridge construction, the method that the bridge is built cast-in-place layer by layer and segment by segment with aid of arch centering is usually used when the sites for precasting is restricted. During the construction of reinforced concrete box bridge, cast-in-place layer by layer and segment by segment with aid of arch centering, the axis shape of formed blokes will cannot be regulated during the subsequent constructions. To ensure the successful closure of the bridge, and make sure that the axis shape and the internal force of the bridge accord with the design request, construction control is of great importance during the bridge construction.There are two important contents, structural alignment and structure stress, in construction monitoring and controlling of reinforced concrete arch bridge. They must be put into practice all-round to making construction propitious and reaching the design point.With establishing the simulation model of the bridge, choosing appropriate structure parameters and taking adequate influencing factors into consideration, through construction calculation, monitoring, back coupling and forecasting the construction control of this bridge is realized and the preplanned target is reached at last. On this basis, the construction process of BaiZi arch bridge and arch ring joint stress behavior are analyzed in detail.On the base of BaiZi bridge, applying for its special character of the construction control of reinforced concrete upper bearing arch bridge that was built cast-in-place layer by layer and segment by segment with aid of arch centering, a reasonable scheme of observation in the course of construction control was brought forward, and a comprehensive monitoring system was established in this paper. During the construction control of the bridge,the structural displacement and stress of main sections were acquired sueeessfully. According to the differences between the design value and the survey value, the primary design parameters was adjusted by least square method and error between the design value adjusted and the survey value next stage forecasted with the grey theory to make the value calculated accords with the actual value. On this basis, the coaction behavior of early built arc ring and arc centering in the construction process of BaiZi bridge was analyzed particularly through the finite element software and test data on the bridge. It had been proved that this control was successful and these theories and methods had highly practica leffect on construction control of the reinforced concrete upper bearing arch bridge.The researches of this paper will become the bases of the further research in the same aspect. |
