| With the growing importance of civil transportation and the increasing amount of air transportation in China, I realized that we need to optimize or even to redesign the flight procedure in order to satisfy the whole new air traffic control and flight situation. The flight procedure at present is almost done by hand, it can not meet the developing requirement by the existing disadvantages like heavy work intensity, long creation cycle, and poor accuracy caused by different factors. And with the development of computer technology and geographic information technology, we can see there is a trend that3S(GIS,GPS,RS) are required to apply to the flight procedure design. For instance, spatial information techniques (GIS,GPS,RS)can directly show the location and height of the construction, which is near to airport and can influence the clearance condition. So we can say spatial information techniques (GIS,GPS,RS) is closely related to the flight procedure design.Firstly in this dissertation, I built the Three-dimensional terrain model by using spatial information techniques (GIS,GPS,RS), besides that, I also analyzed every key point of every protection zone in straight departure surface,ILS surface, precision approachlLS-OAS surface After that, based on ArcGIS, I achieved the Three-dimensional presentation of every protection zone in every module, showed the penetration status caused by the obstacles, and calculated the earthwork of obstacles that penetrate the protection zone. Moreover, I improved the efficient of flight procedure design by realizing the Three-dimensional display of terrain and protection zone.In the last part of this dissertation, I tested the spatial information techniques (GIS,GPS,RS) under the project named 《Site Selection and Advanced Flight Procedure Research of New Airport in Lhasa)), Although Intended functions are all realized through testing, I believe it still can be improved with the application in the future. And then, I made the conclusion about the dissertation, and cleared the direction of research in the future. |
