As factories for production line efficiency and product quality requirements continue to increase,the level of industrial automation also will continue to progress,emerge as the times require various automation system,MES(Manufacturing Execution System)system is one of them,it can be performed through a system will be the site of control engineering and MRP(Material Requirement Planning)program closely,thereby strengthening the MRP implementation capacity;at the same time,MES system also has a variety of interface,convenient and MRP system and the communication between control devices.Here the field control device mainly includes PLC,scanner,robot,sensor,switch,transmission lines,such as transplanting machine and elevator.In this paper,using a variety of industrial automation technology,to build a car production enterprises MES(HMI)production process monitoring system.Issue uses WinCC,WinCC Flexible configuration software monitoring system in construction of PC system,using Siemens300 series PLC as slave computer system,the site also is equipped with a sensor,grating,machine hand,scanning guns and other equipment to the site data collection,and through the system architecture and communication in the control system,to achieve on the automobile production enterprises production workshop monitoring work.At the same time the field device to upload all the data collection and analysis,and can realize the on line real time control.At the same time,this paper also introduced by OPC technology to realize the WinCC and PLC communication system expansion plan,so that in future production line application...
