| Electric boiler is favored by the industry because of its high thermal efficiency and no pollution.With the increasing of people’s awareness of environmental protection and the stricter and stricter emission index of traditional boiler flue gas,it is of great significance to use electric boiler for heating.The construction of a heating project in a new campus of a university in xinjiang province USES a regenerative electric boiler to provide central heating for the whole campus in winter.Due to the large heating area in the campus,it is necessary to design a number of boiler heating stations to heat the campus.At present,the management of the boiler heating station mainly adopts the distributed management of block type,which leads to the low management level of the system and greatly increases the heating cost.In order to meet the actual needs,this paper designs an electrical boiler monitoring system based on Siemens Win CC and PLC,and centralized monitoring and management of heating boilers in the campus,it is very important to realize efficient and reliable operation of boiler and save heating cost for university.The main contents of this paper are as follows: first,according to the actual monitoring requirements of the campus electrical boiler heating system,combined with the working principle of the electrical boiler for the overall monitoring system design.Secondly,in view of the electric boiler heating system in the boiler water temperature control has the characteristics of big inertia,large lagging,The control effect of conventional PID algorithm is not good,combining fuzzy control and PID control,the simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control to realize the system less overshoot,short setting time,stability,good performance.Finally,the design of the monitoring system was completed.Siemens PLC and industrial Ethernet were used to build the lower PLC control network.The hardware configuration and I/O address allocation of PLC were completed.The monitoring platform of the system adopts Win CC for configuration programming,and the communication between PLC and Win CC is established through industrial Ethernet to complete the collection of field data.Visual configuration of the interface is carried out to realize real-time display and monitoring of the system process flow,field data,equipment status and other information;And the system of user rights management,at the same time to provide data report and trend graph query and printing function.System designed in this paper to achieve the centralized monitoring for the campus heating boiler management,data real-time monitoring,field device control,alarm management and data report output,and other functions,meet the electric boiler monitoring and management automation,further enhance the level of the system management,have important practical significance. |
