With the rapid development of city rail transit in China,the contradiction between the increasing metro vehicle orders and capacity per unit area of the existing workshop is becoming more and more serious.Based on the existing welding production line of Metro Bogie Frame,the three-dimensional workshop operation mode is proposed,and the core logistics equipment,namely,the intelligent transfer equipment for production line is designed.The combination of the two above helps to improve the capacity per unit area,and also improve the production efficiency,thus providing a new way to solve the contradiction between the orders and the production capacity.The thesis takes the intelligent transfer equipment as the core and mainly works from the following aspects:Firstly,The transfer equipment of the monitoring object is analyzed.The manufacturing process of the bogie frame and the layout of the workshop position are briefly introduced.The walking route,function,technical parameters and structure composition of the load transfer equipment are analyzed.Secondly,brief introduction is made to the control system of the moving equipment,and the control system of the loading equipment is analyzed according to the needs of the monitoring system.Thirdly,the system has been monitored and designed with WinCC configuration software,and its monitoring function can fully realize the basic requirements of the system.Moreover,WinCC's powerful graphical user interface rendering function and perfect message system and report system make the system safe,operable and stable.The whole system is tested by joint simulation debugging,on-line debugging,and the operation test of the intelligent transfer equipment is carried out.The results show that the control system designed for the intelligent transfer equipment realizes the function of the design requirements.The control commands can be send to PLC through the touch screen,so as to realize the monitoring of intelligent transfer equipment;In various operating mode,control system can control the transfer equipment to operate reliably,and transfer equipment can accurately complete the expected action according to the control instruction.In addition,the transfer equipment can complete the taking and discharging operation stably and efficiently between stations according to the preset route in automatic mode.
