Tower crane has played an important role in the transport of high-rise building construction,and become indispensable construction equipment in the modern construction industry.However,due to the lack of tower crane working condition monitoring,significant casualties because of illegal operations is apt to occur,which can cause great damage and loss of life.The traditional tower crane monitoring system is installed in the tower construction site or tower crane cab,it can only achieve the data display function of the tower crane's operating data,and it doesn't have the anti-collision warning function foe the tower crane group.Because tower cranes are distributed throughout the country,it will be very inconvenient for the manager of the tower crane manufacture to collect and analyze the data for each tower crane.Aiming at this problem,this paper used the tower crane anti-collision algorithm,ARM hardware platform combining with mobile Internet technology to build tower crane anti-collision module,integrated display module and remote data monitoring module,based on that,we build a set of safe and reliable tower crane remote data monitoring system.In the tower crane anti-collision module,we used homogeneous coordinate transformation and the geometry method to get mathematical model of the key components of the tower crane,and designed tower cranes anti-collision algorithm under different condition focusing on the structure and construction characteristics of the flat arm type tower crane.In the integrated display module,we used ARM embedded technology,digital signal processing technology and PLC control technology to achieve real-time data monitoring in the tower crane cab,and it will provide alarm message and corresponding control signal output when dangerous situation occur.It will send the tower crane running data which is collected by the sensor to the database by using the GPRS wireless communication technology,and we used radio modem technology to achieve data exchange between tower cranes.In the remote data monitoring module,we used MySQL database to store and manage the data.We used ThinkPHP framework which base on MVC design model to develop server-side service logic.We used C/S and B/S hybrid development model,splitting the software system into an administrator background system and a userforeground system.Therein,in the administrator background system,we used Bootstrap UI framework,JQuery library and AJAX technology to build a Web application which is based on B/S.In the foreground system,we used React Native cross-platform development technology to build a mobile phone native APP which is based on C/S.Users can use this system to get real-time tower crane running data and check the tower crane historical data via PC,mobile phones,panel computer or other equipment.We used ECharts plug-in for realizing the tower crane data visualization,we used AMap API for the tower crane LBS services and used WeChat public member to provide content management.Finally,we tested the module function and stability of this system by field experiment and Matlab simulation.We can conclude from the results that the tower crane data monitoring system in this paper has successfully achieved the expected design target.
