Dynamic Cost Control Of Real Estate Development Based On BIM

With the continuous development of the construction industry and the advancements in technology,the real estate industry,as an important part of China's construction industry,promotes the process of the urbanization and modernization.At the same time,along with the rising housing price and the introduction of national policies,the run of estate industry become more and more standardize.In the saturated environment of estate industry,cost control become very important.However,the traditional cost control methods have many drawbacks,seriously affecting the efficiency of cost control.In recent years,the emergence of BIM technology bring new opportunities for the construction industry in our country,and to a certain extent,promote the information of the real estate development.BIM combine the traditional cost management method with the computer skillfully,and break the conventional cost control cost control procedure.Using the software compatibility,BIM put the software of each stage on the same platform.The unify of all parties not only makes dynamic cost control of real estate project development process more simple and feasible,but also effectively reduces the cost of the project.Based on the analysis of BIM research status at home and abroad,this paper launches the research and theoretical analysis on the two lines of real estate development cost control and BIM.Then combined with the dynamic cost control theory,this paper expounds the application of BIM technology in the real estate cost management.Finally,this paper uses a case to show more clearly about the benefits of BIM in the cost of real estate management and the way we still need to research.
