Research On The Application Of BIM Technology In Dynamic Cost Control Of Construction Projects

The construction industry has been a labor-intensive,long construction period,extensive management industry,with the owners of the various functional requirements of the building,more beautiful,complex,intelligent buildings will be more and more Appear.The information contained in the building is more and more complex,and the backward cost and the information management mode will probably lead to the failure of cost management.BIM technology has the characteristics of visualization,coordination,simulation,optimization,which can make the map more reliable.This paper studies the cost control of construction projects based on BIM,from the perspective of real estate development enterprises.First of all,analyzes the cost concept,composition,traditional cost control methods and deficiency of real estate development enterprise.Introducing of BIM technology,sorted out the linear and ring-type two cost information management framework.Then,combining with the development process of real estate project,this paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in the development of preparation,obtains land use right,design bidding,construction,completion acceptance,post-evaluation and other stage cost control,and draws out the dynamic cost control of BIM-based construction project Flow chart,the establishment of three BIM cost information model.Finally,based on two kinds of cost information management framework,dynamic cost control flow chart and BIM cost information model,the contract information is associated with the BIM model,and the contract model information table and the dynamic cost control table are obtained,supplemented by case supplement It shows the advantages and development prospects of dynamic cost control of construction project under BIM technology,and realizes the dynamic control of real estate development project cost effectively.
