With the development of construction industry and increasing dermand for Building Maintenance Unit,the mechanical property and safety of BMU and how to inspect and repaire dangerous parts effectively have been focus on industry field.In order to lower failure probability,economic loss and casualties,it is necessary to take appropriate methods to determine the safety status of each structure or component.In view research status about BMU at home and abroad,in the thesis,the Roof Track Type Building Maintenance Unit was studied,structure importance were investigated by the BDD theory,the dangerous point of structure were obtained by mechanics analysis,finite element analysis and BBD analysis and then the dangerous parts of BMU were determined.Based on the AHP-FCEM theory,the machine safety evaluation was investigated.Firstly,based on BMU standard,the typical working condition was select and the mechanics model of BMU structure was established,structure mechanical properties was investigated.Secondly,the parametric modeling of BMU was achieved by the SolidWorks and the ANSYS Workbench software,the static and dynamic characteristics of BMU structure were analyzed,the distribution regularity of stress and deformation,the first six order vibration mode and natural frequency as well as time-varying curnes of displacement,velocity and acceleration in typical working conditions were obtained,the weak link of the boom,column and underframe structure was found.Again,BDD theory was used to investigate BUM structure importance,determine structural system minimization algorithm cut set and calculate structure importance,the relative importance of each structure was obtained.Then,dangerous point determination principles of BMU were proposed,based on mechanics,static and dynamic analysis and structure importance analysis results,the risk points of BMU structure were obtained;Based on safety evaluation theory,metal structure,key components and electrical system were identified as dangerous parts.Finally,dangerous parts failure modes of BMU were discussed,AHP-FCEM theory was used to evaluate safety indexes of the whole machine,determine each indexes weight and complete the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,safety index of BMU and dangerous parts were calculated.According to the analysis results,the improvement measures were proposed for the whole machine and structure.Mechanical analysis and safety evaluation of the Roof Track Type Building Maintenance Unit was studied,structure weak link and relative importance,the machine dangerous parts and structure dangerous points were obtained,safety index in service of BUM was accessed,improvement suggestions of machine design,installation and removal,operation and application were proposed.The works,in this thesis,provid a reference for design,inspection and maintenance.
