| The underground space of Hangzhou Qianjiang CBD is invested by the government.On account of 15 years' planning and construction,the underground space of Central Business District of Hangzhou,featuring harmonious integration of subordinate underground space into city space,has become a model at home and is highly recognized by domestic and foreign counterparts and scholars.As a participant in CBD' s planning and construction,the author of this paper discusses five key issues in terms of underground space construction in urban China,namely perspectiveness and systematicness in planning,systematicness and operability in planning' s achievement,reasonability and operability of development mode,inter-connectivity of underground space as well as coordinating organizations and management policies in construction.According to the author,these five issues are key to CBD' s construction and suggest innovative significance.Besides,apart from urban planning and construction,this research also covers other disciplines such as economics,sociology and management,which makes underground space planning an interdisciplinary and comprehensive topic.The author of this paper aims to sum up practical experience in terms of CBD' s underground space construction and wishes to provide references for future development of other cities in china. |
