The Study Of Central District's Underground Space Development And Utilization Of Changsha

In the promotion of modern productivity and technology, human beings achieve great development and progress at unprecedented speed; at the same time, however, have received the global problem of distress caused by rapidly population growing and the abusing of natural resources, one of which is the crisis of living space.There are a large number of air defense projects in Changsha in existence, mainly as underground commercial streets - the Jin Mandi underground commercial street, the underground commercial street of Wuyi cloverleaf junction and Shaoshan road underground commercial street, some air defense projects are recreation ground such as Furong Square underground Casino. There are more than 1,000 high-rise buildings in Changsha city. They are all equipped with basement, but the urban underground space has been designed as tiny spots, it has not intercommunicated with other places to form a network system. In the central district with the concentration of people, the utilization of underground space has a single function, static traffic space is the mainly feature and plenty of underground constructions are just used as parking and storage space. Along with the concept change of underground space and the continuous improvement of the technology, equipment, methods of the underground space excavation, city underground functions and the emergence of a large number of urban underground complexes will greatly enhance the overall development and utilization value of underground space.In this paper, the content is divided into five main parts:The first part is the domestic and foreign literature review of the development and utilization of underground space, the domestic and foreign historical background and the current situation of development and utilization of the city's central area underground space;The second part is the examples of this article, analyses and comments of the central redevelopment of Tokyo, London, Stuttgart, le Halles, Montreal and Beijing Zhongguan village, Shanghai People's Square, and then concludes the main issues and the trends of development and utilization of underground space of China's urban central area in the next few decades.The third part is the researches on the current situation of the development and utilization of Changsha's central underground space. This chapter identifies the study area, and investigates the current situation of the central area of the underground space, and then elicits the information of the development and utilization of central district's underground space; and analys the problems of underground space development in the central area of Changsha.The fourth part is the functional and demanding analyses of the application research of Changsha's central underground space. It theoretically not only discusses what the development and utilization of underground space means to the Changsha's central districts, that is, importance and urgency; but also protect the total space resoutces of it, conditionality and the problems to be settled.The fifth part is the conception of underground space of Changsha's central districts. It points out the constraints and the problems to be settled. It puts forward three types of underground space patterns of Changsha's central districts: developing pattern of commercial office region, transportation hub area and square node.The central district development and utilization of underground space of Changsha is a dynamic process. At different times and different levels of economic development, the requirements of underground space will be continuously changed, so we need to constantly sum up experience, continuously improve and update the functions and mode of the central district development and utilization of underground space, with a view to improve the overall level of development and utilization of the central district of Changsha.
