With the above increasingly sophisticated electronic technology to improve traditional vessel monitoring system, make modern VMS become intelligent and automation,Thereby providing a set of real-time, security for the operation of the ship, as one of the security system reliability seems to have become a trend. This article looks at the ship monitoring fuel pump tank pressure monitoring and warning system, for the accuracy of the traditional means of monitoring the presence of real-time, rapid response capabilities and other aspects of the drawbacks, while considering the manufacturing cost of the monitoring system, put forward a system design of pump tank based on Linux system.According to the system requirements and performance indicators to achieve, Research the pipeline pressure monitoring system in pump room signal box program, mainly comprising provide power to the various parts of the system power supply channel, system status and warning indicator channel, pressure signal reception, conversion, analog to digital conversion based pump tank pressure treatment channel, Ethernet communication channel based on TCP/IP protocol, Thereby constituting remote monitoring and early warning of the pump room piping design pressure value.System hardware circuit design using ARM9 family-based control chip S3C2440A,connected with Nand Flash, Nor Flash, SDRAM composed of the memory circuit, pressure signal acquisition circuit design three-way acquisition channels, and through the adaptive control circuit realization of the current signal output from the pressure sensor 4 ?20mA or 0?10mA in one acquisition and processing. To achieve redundant Ethernet communications capabilities to ensure reliable communications, the design uses dual redundant Gigabit Ethernet interfaces.Control software level, to boot the kernel, the kernel is ported to u-boot, and in accordance with design requirements and the rational use of resources, cutting the embedded Linux operating system, transplant it to S3C2440A. Write AD chip driver and filter function,achieve pipeline pressure signal acquisition and processing. Based on TCP/IP communication protocol,using SOCKET program in Linux kernel to realize pressure data TCP and UDP network communications.Through the hardware circuit design and software, can be achieved to the front end of the pump pressure value of the receiver, the collection and processing, and realizing the network communication between the upper computer and the host computer by Ethernet. After the actual system debugging, the display of the entire system is working properly and stable. The system can realize the remote monitoring and early warning of the pump chamber pressure signal, enhance the usefulness of the system, and has certain application value.
