Research And Application Of Integrated Detection System For Intelligent Substation

With the development of monitoring,control and protection technology in power system,the intelligent substation also rapidly development,many intelligent equipment like intelligent monitoring control,PMU and digital electric energy meter has been widely used,and the system can effectively improve the utilization rate of electric energy and power supply efficiency.Digital electric energy meter and merging unit constitute electric energy metering system of intelligent substation,through intelligent PMU and monitoring control device constitute the electrical measurement system,they are different from the traditional substation in measurement structure and characteristics,the system requires more strict measurement accuracy.However,in practical applications,even if the digital electric energy meter,intelligent PMU and monitoring control device can meet the requirements of detection,the measurement error of the secondary side may still exist.In order to improve the accuracy of intelligent substation measurement system,this paper considers the combination of voltage and current merging unit with digital electric energy meter,intelligent PMU and measurement and control device.To carry out on-site inspection work of the metering system,and on this basis,designed an integrated detection system of intelligent substation.The system consists of integrated detection device and control center,The integrated detection device is embedded with three CPU units which are respectively used for communication,sampling and generating original waveform;the control center mainly includes the control module,network module,memory module,peripheral module and the clock module.In this paper,the integrated detection system can realize on-site detection of intelligent substation digital power meter,PMU and monitoring and control device under the operation of PC software.The real-time detection data show that the system can meet the specified testing requirements and verify its Practical application of the feasibility.
