Abstract/Summary:
As an integral part of smart grid,intelligent electric energy meter and advanced metering system have been entrusted with a new mission.The construction of full coverage of smart watt-hour meter in 2010 has begun..However,In daily work,the power supply company often accepts residents’ suspicious complaints about the accurate measurement of intelligent electric energy meters in their homes.The main factor that causes residents’ dissatisfaction with the payment of electric energy metering is the suspicion of the accuracy of electric energy metering devices.In the final analysis,there is no suitable device to enable residents to visually see the data of smart meters,to achieve their own checking and comparison of household meters,and then to preliminary judge the accuracy of the meter measurement.At present,there is no device to change the traditional tedious indoor calibration process of intelligent electric energy meters.Therefore,the overall goal of this project is to successfully develop a measurement and analysis device for residential smart electricity meters.This device has preliminary determination errors,monitoring accuracy,anti-theft electricity,electricity safety analysis and installation simple functions,so that the success rate of residential power information display can reach 100 % in real time.To meet the real-time residents to understand the real data requirements of intelligent electric energy meters,thereby improving customer confidence in the accurate measurement of intelligent electric energy meters.In order to achieve the above objectives,this paper mainly carries out the following aspects: First,the satisfaction factors of residential electricity metering and payment are investigated and analyzed,then the hidden dangers and problems in the process of operation,maintenance and management of customer intelligent electric energy meters and the meter field comparison of smart electricity performance are investigated and analyzed;then the residential electricity comparison is carried out.The comparative analysis mode of the analysis device is studied,and the composition of the residential electricity comparative analysis device is modularized,and the best scheme is selected by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the comparative analysis device;then formulate countermeasures,make modules,and design software cloud platforms to complete the debugging and verification of device samples;finally,the pilot operation is put into use to solve the practical problems on the spot.
