In order to improve work efficiency,liberate the labor force,and keep up with the pace of the times,the traditional electric energy metering device has the problems of large power consumption,short life,and low meter reading efficiency.This paper uses a single-chip technology to design a smart energy metering device,which can Accurate detection of electrical energy can also analyze the generated harmonics,so that the measurement is more accurate,and remote meter reading and other functions can be realized.Based on the design purpose,determine the function of the intelligent electric energy metering device to meet: accurate measurement of electric energy,harmonic analysis and processing,time-based billing,and a certain amount of electricity for data storage and reading,fault alarm when there is no external power supply,remote meter reading and other functions.The overall solution is determined according to the functional requirements,and the entire energy metering device is composed of a microprocessor system and peripheral circuits.According to the overall scheme,the hardware part adopts the cost-effective STM32F103VCT6 single-chip microcomputer as the main controller,combining the pre-acquisition circuit,the A/D sampling circuit,the system power supply circuit,the clock circuit,the storage circuit,the communication circuit and the display circuit.In addition to the necessary energy metering procedures,the software part also incorporates harmonic analysis procedures to reduce harmonics to the grid and protect electrical equipment and improve power quality.In order to ensure the effective reduction of harmonics,the harmonic analysis program uses the fast Fourier transform algorithm(FFT algorithm).However,the FFT algorithm will cause spectrum aliasing,spectrum leakage,and fence effect when analyzing the spectrum.This paper uses the windowed interpolation algorithm to correct the FFT operation,which effectively improves the calculation accuracy of the energy metering device.Finally,through the test of the physical test,power test and harmonic analysis test of the intelligent power collection device,it is verified whether the design requirements are met and whether there are design problems for improvement.The test results show that the intelligent electric energy metering device designed in this paper can accurately measure the electric quantity,and can also accurately detect the voltage and current in the power grid.This also shows that the designed intelligent electric energy metering device meets the design requirements.
