Study On The Site Selection Of Processed Grain Emergency Reserves

With the continuous increase of population,the rapid development of economy,the acceleration of the urbanization process and the continuous deterioration of the global climatic environment,the number of emergencies has increased rapidly.In the event of a disaster,the processed grain is not only an irreplaceable important material in daily life,but also an important guarantee that the life of the victims who are affected by the emergency is prolonged and the disaster relief and disposal personnel work effectively.China's reserve warehouse of processed grain started late.Due to the reason that the processed grain is more perishable than the original grain and it is not easy to store,the storage condition is more stringent and the rotation cycle is shorter.Currently,only a few areas established processed grain reserve warehouses,and the enthusiasm of building processed grain reserve warehouses is not high for most regions.Therefore,only the scientific and rational planning of the location of the processed grain emergency repository can reduce the cost,improve the operation efficiency and shorten the delivery time of the relief supplies,so as to improve the government's enthusiasm to establish the processed grain emergency repository,solve the problem that China's processed grain reserve is less and improve the response time of the government to deal with emergencies.Starting from the topic of food safety,this article studies the location of processed grain emergency repository,comprehensively analyzes the conditions and characteristics of the food emergency reserve,emergency logistics and food emergency reserve.It especially researches the affecting factors of processed gain emergency repository location selection,compares the practicality,strengths and weaknesses of commonly used models of existing emergency location,and proposes to build a multi-objective location model.It borrows from the research results,takes the characteristics of easy perishability and high storage cost as the starting point to determine the constraints of the model,establishes the multi-objective location model and designs the algorithm to conclude,further verify the rationality,feasibility and scientific nature of building site selection mode through examples.Through the research and analysis,this paper gets the unique characteristics,site selection principles and affecting factors of processed gain emergency repository;it innovates to make affecting factors as the as an important reference index for model construction;it proposes to use double target location model to solve the site selection of processed gain emergency repository,limits the repository from cost,time and space to make decision on the scientific and reasonable site selection;through the research of basic data in examples,it brings into the model to calculate and gets the site selection decision making problem of the model suitable to the repository.The constructed model of the paper provides reference for the rational planning and construction of processed gain emergency repository.
