Countermeasures Vibration's Problem Of DF_4D Diesel Locomotive Abnormal

On the current situation of transport,rail transport is the moment our main mode of transport,its stable development directly related to the vital interests of the people.Therefore,to ensure stable and healthy development of the railway transportation industry,not only can effectively protect the people's daily travel demand,but also to lay a solid foundation for the development of social economy.However,due to the current locomotives abnormal vibration problem occurs frequently,not only to passengers mental state has a great impact,the passengers also easily leads bored,irritable state of mind,which will bring great physical and mental health of passengers risks.Therefore,we must strengthen the abnormal vibration overhaul diesel locomotives,guarantee the stable operation of the locomotive.The only way to promote development transport sector,and thus meet people's daily travel needs.DF_4D diesel locomotive series is the use of AC-DC electric locomotive that is the current passenger and freight locomotive in China mainly.The problem of abnormal vibration appeared in the non-operation condition has always been prevalent in the factory and the locomotive repair process,also the makers and users of the most easily the main problems caused by the dispute,so the locomotive effectively solve the abnormal problems,have as manufacturers improve product performance and reduce the production cost of the main target.In this paper,DF4 D maintenance data for statistical analysis using the Jitong Railway Refco Group Ltd in recent years,and propose the disposal of abnormal vibrating fault of locomotive.Using software Origin7.5 to draw test results into a histogram for intuitive analysis and comparison,proposed and verified effective processing methods for locomotive abnormal vibration fault.Through this paper analysed,it indicates that,abnormal vibration problems are due to diesel engines and abnormal vibration of synchronous main generator triggered.Abnormal vibration of diesel engine output up to,while the liberal side will cause the drivers room,start transmission parts have abnormal vibration,but this situation is rare.When the fault reason,using vibration intensity analyzer the part of abnormal vibration of bearings and sizes for accurate detection,and statistical.Firstly,through the intensity detection,realize the extent and intensity of vibration value embodied.Secondly,through the analysis of vibration intensity effectively,more accurately to determine the abnormal vibration of main directions,then lock abnormal vibration combining with the thermal performance of the locomotive parameters and repairing process standards,identify abnormal vibrations the biggest part,and work out a reasonable and simple fault solution.Thirdly,treatment of abnormal vibration components in accordance with the targeted refurbishment programmer,trial and error,and gradually improved,until problems are solved.Finally,summarizes analysis on the abnormal locomotive vibration process,and gradually form a renovation method of abnormal vibration,and verify these methods,improving handling abnormal vibration fault of precision,reducing the number of repeat maintenance,reduce labor intensity and improve locomotive maintenance efficiency.In the treatment of abnormal vibration fault of diesel locomotive,recognize the concept of prevention,rather than solve until a fault occurs do economic and physical problems.
