At present, there is a problem of large vibration in the cab of a high-power heavy-duty diesel engine operating at high speed in the non operating state. Cab vibration had the general assembly to reduce the ride comfort, affect the driver locomotive operation, shorten the service life cab components, serious will lead to management of locomotives, car body steel structure weld cracking, resulting in traffic safety.The harmony plateau locomotive is an internal combustion engine which adopts the independent driver’s cab design of the elastic supporting structure. Main diesel generator sets overall rigidity and bodywork steel structure connected cab is provided with a spring, damping shock absorber, rubber supporting joint through the vibration isolation components installed on the under frame steel structure, in order to isolation of diesel engine to produce the high frequency vibration, improve the driving comfort fit. But the actual situation is still in vibration problems, according to this situation, the locomotive from the following aspects were analyzed:First introduced the domestic and foreign internal combustion engine vibration isolation of the basic form and characteristics, and internal combustion engine vibration isolation of research status; the kinematics of diesel engine were analyzed. The theoretical analysis of the highland locomotive 16V265H diesel engine as a source of vibration generated in the running process of excitation and measurement collected the vibration characteristics of the main locomotive cab and diesel generator and spectrum value, in order to analyze the variation of vibration and impact on the driver’s cab.Secondly, according to the basic theory of vibration isolation technology using frequency response analysis method, to establish the plateau locomotive cab multi degree of freedom dynamic equations of matrix, and computer locomotive cab longitudinal, transverse and vertical to the frequency response function. Analysis highland locomotive cab elastic bearing vibration isolation structure for diesel engine vibration isolation effect. Vibration isolator parameter optimization of the cab, through the comparison of different parameters under the driver’s cab three direction of frequency response function curve changes to analyze vibration isolation elements isolator parameters on the driver’s cab structure of vibration isolation performance of vibration isolation of the effect. Comparison of selected parameters before and after optimization of the frequency response function curve, analysis the optimization effect of cab elastic isolation structure. Get through the plateau locomotive cab elastic vibration isolation structure parameters, can improve the isolation performance of purpose.Finally, based on the finite element modal theory to establish the plateau locomotive finite element model, the vehicle for the static strength calculation and modal analysis. Exploration and analysis of locomotive steel structure, driver’s cab resonance rules and bodywork stress concentrated area, through the optimization design of the body structure, basically reached the reducing carbody vibration transfer, reduce stress and prevent vibration of the body stress concentrated region structure intensifies the purpose of destruction.
