Research And Practice Of Post-Evaluation On Network Construction Project

Post-project evaluation refers to a comprehensive evaluation method,which summarizes and evaluates the whole process of investment activity,including preparation of the project,decision making,design,construction,operating and so on,also evaluates comprehensively economic,social and environmental impact actually achieved by the project,to distinguish the degree of achieving the goal of the project.Through general summary and evaluation for the project,we can learn lessons and experiences to improve and perfect the decision level.This paper first describes the research background and research significance of the electric investment project.Then introduces systematically the theories and methods of post-evaluation in detail,and analyzes the special post-evaluation of the distribution network on contents,and constructs index system.Then this article systematically analyses and summaries implementation,effectiveness,impact and sustainability of network distribution project in T city,to evaluate which kind of work done better,which kind of work done poor.Finally,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to post-evaluate comprehensively,analyze and summarize the results of the evaluation,giving suggestions.The misplay of the evaluation of network construction will help standardize work methods and improve the project management level,investment efficiency of the project in network construction.
