Research On Post-evaluation System And Planning Investment Of New Urban Distribution Network Construction Project

The new urbanization construction has changed the pattern of decentralized production and life in rural areas and farmers,and put forward new and higher requirements on the power supply capacity,power supply quality,power supply reliability and distributed power consumption of regional distribution networks.This paper proposes a post-evaluation index system for distribution network construction projects suitable for new urban development and uses the comprehensive evaluation method as the research method.It focuses on the analysis of its mathematical model and evaluation method,and uses the improved entropy method,G1 method and other empowerment.The method assigns weights to the indicators in their respective dimensions and determines the weight of the indicators.Then,a new post-evaluation system for urban distribution network construction projects was systematically constructed from four aspects: pre-work,preparation,construction process and construction effectiveness.Taking the upgrading and reconstruction project of new urban distribution network in a certain area as an example,the post-evaluation case analysis of the whole process is carried out.At the same time,the economic and social conditions of different regions are different,and there are big differences in the development base,development speed,development form and development goals of the power grid.According to the differences between different regions,this paper establishes a planning investment allocation index system and uses the original dual interior point method to optimize the model,optimize the investment allocation mechanism,and improve the planning investment efficiency.The research shows that the new urban distribution network construction project post-evaluation system can reflect the basic requirements of the regulation,safety and economy of the distribution network project construction,and can consider the concept of green,high-quality and sustainable development in the new urbanization process.It is of great significance to summarize the experience and find the short board to better improve the standardization and adaptability of the distribution network construction project.At the same time,the automatic decomposition of investment by region by region has significantly improved the efficiency and efficiency of planning.
