Economic development leads to the growth of China’s electricity consumption, and the fashion of the consumption is also becoming diversification. It causes people’s requirement of power quality and reliability higher. The electricity quality problem may cause the bigger direct harm, and more loss of human daily life and production. In the new situation, it needs to reform the state grid, especially the distribution system. Due to Inner Mongolia region through the East and West of China, whose situation is complicated, how to improve and ensure the quality of electric energy has become an important subject of the Inner Mongolia Power Company, it is also an urgent problem to be solved. In the background of improving the ability of network transmission in China, Inner Mongolia carries out the transformation of the distribution network reform by FACTS technology, and starts the construction of pilot projects in districts and counties, therefore, the study of the technical transformation project post evaluation is very necessary for it can be given some suggestion and experiences of the future related project.This paper firstly gives the related theory of the post evaluation of distribution network reconstruction, and provides the theoretical basis for the research. Secondly, the technological transformation of the pilot project is briefly introduced then the background of Inner Mongolia distribution network reconstruction is also introduced. The recent problems of the Inner Mongolia distribution network are analyzed. According to this, from two aspects of hardware and software, the main technology for the project is analyzed. Thirdly, based on the evaluation construction principles, a post evaluation index system, which combines with the preparatory work, construction preparation, construction and investment control four aspects, is given and fuzzy AHP is chosen for the evaluation of case analysis. According to the analysis of evaluation results, the conclusion is present. Finally, from the analysis of the environmental impact, social impact and economic impact aspects, the post evaluation are also given of the Inner Mongolia distribution network reconstruction technology pilot project.
