Cost Management And Rationality Evaluation Of Intelligent Substation

In recent years,with the global climate changing and energy security issues continuing to be the focus of attention of human society,the importance of smart grid construction has become increasingly prominent.Intelligent substation is an important part of the construction of strong smart grid and construction funds are also the overall investment in the power grid to occupy a larger proportion.As the intelligent substation in the technical program with the general substation has significant differences,its cost management is also different from ordinary substation.In this paper,intelligent substation to carry out cost management and rationality evaluation research,in order to improve the intelligent substation cost management level,enhance the intelligent substation cost scientific basis for laying the foundation.This paper first describes the research status of cost management at home and abroad,summarizes the basic structure,characteristics and cost management content of power grid engineering and substation engineering cost;Secondly,the definition and characteristics of intelligent substation are introduced,and the similarities and differences between intelligent substation and ordinary substation in technology and cost management are analyzed.This paper researches the trend of intelligent substation cost,carries out the analysis of the whole process of intelligent substation cost management and summarizes the existing problems at the present stage;Next,on the basis of the principle and method of identification of cost factors,the process of intelligent substation construction is divided into decision-making and feasibility study stage,design and bidding stage,construction stage and final account stage respectively to excavate and identify the elements of intelligent substation cost;Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions on the future intelligent substation cost management in the aspects of scheme standardization,material intensive,norm and perfecting.In this paper,the intelligent substation cost management rationality evaluation model is proposed to solve the problems in intelligent substation cost management,which can effectively reduce the investment cost and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.The development and popularization of substation has important practical significance.
