| Smart substation is a very critical part of the smart grid,and the secondary system is the core component of the smart substation,which is directly related to the safety and reliability of the entire substation and even the power system.How to accurately assess the status of secondary equipment in substations to ensure the effectiveness of daily operation,maintenance and management is particularly important.Based on the basic theory of cloud model,with analytic hierarchy process and entropy method,this paper comprehensively analyzes the operation of the secondary equipment of substation protection,constructs an evaluation index system for the protection of secondary equipment,and calculates the importance of the main evaluation indexes.Taking a smart substation as the research object,experiments are carried out on the actual effect of the cloud model state evaluation method adopted,and the experimental results have confirmed its effectiveness.The main work contents are as follows:(1)In view of the problem that the previous state evaluation was only for a single device and could not reflect the overall operating state of the system,this paper constructed evaluation indicators from the characteristics of the intelligent substation relay protection device,merging unit,intelligent terminal,and switch in the maintenance state and operating state.The system studies the main influencing factors of the secondary equipment condition assessment,and screens the selected indicators through subjective evaluation and operating data,so that the evaluation indicators meet the monitorability and effectiveness,as well as the overall requirements.(2)In view of the excessive subjectivity of weight calculation in the existing state assessment methods and the unreasonable distribution of evaluation index weights,this paper adopts a weight calculation method based on the combination of analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method,and introduces variable weight theory to modify the index weight to adapt The actual operating status has solved the problem that the evaluation index weight is too small to correctly reflect the actual operating status.(3)Considering that there is a certain degree of uncertainty and randomness in the data collected in actual operation,this paper adopts a cloud model-based state assessment method to present the uncertainty and randomness of the evaluation index sample data through quantitative numerical methods.Combining the weights of each evaluation index,four first-level indexes of relay protection device,merging unit,smart terminal and switch are calculated to evaluate the digital characteristics of the cloud,and the python software is used to simulate and simulate the actual operation status of the smart substation.,compare the actual operating status assessment cloud with the risk assessment cloud based on the golden section criterion,determine the operating status of each equipment,and identify the risk status of the substation protection secondary system operation.. |
