| The control and optimization of the switching operation is the most basic and critical issue in the operation and maintenance management of substation,the main direction of which is the technical innovation and the optimization of the original control mode.On the one hand,the technology of sequential operation of substation has been introduced into the control technology,which begins to take shape with the continuous application and deepening development,but there is still needs to be standardized in the aspects of interactive interface,the fundamental design,acceptance etc.On the other hand,the optimization of the rules and key technologies of anti-misoperation system,which is relied by sequential operation,is also crucial,so there is a strong necessity and practical significance to have an intensive study into the sequential operation technique and anti-misoperation system of substation.This paper is focused on the demand of optimization of the substation operation from power system,studied the optimization and standard design of the key technologies in the sequential control,and mainly discussed the optimization of sequential operation technique in the aspects of function upgrading,interface interaction,the control of secondary equipment and the function of anti-misoperation,acceptance,the lockout of anti-misoperation etc. |
