Misoperation of the electrical power system is a threat to the secure operation of thepower system, it may cause large-scale blackouts, damage to electrical equipments, or evenphysical casualties. Measures to prevent electrical misuse belong to the managementmeasures, including management and technical measures. Operating ticket system, workticket system, job responsibility system belongs to management measures, the technicalmeasures lock the operation mechanism of the equipments based on the mechanical structureand electrical principle, namely five-prevention locking technology. With the rapid development of substation, it puts forward higher requirements onanti-maloperation technology to prevent accidents. The paper carries out the research on newtype anti-maloperation system, the main work are as follows.1)Discusses the developing history and status of the five-prevention system, andcomparatively summarizes the characteristics of the traditional five-prevention system, lastlydescribes the features of on-line five-prevention system.2)Designs the structure of on-line five-prevention system, and studies the characteristicsof the five-prevention technology and its communication mode.3)Combine the study of five-prevention with digital substation, through the cooperationof research and development, design, construction, relying on the monitoring system ofdigitized substation and its communication network, this paper designs a new kind of on-linefive-prevention system, and it’s applied to the pracice..On the basis of theoretical studies, the technology is applied to engineering practice, theresults shows that the method is effective.
