With the expansion of the scale of fixed assets investment in cities and towns, more and more projects take the form of multi projects. However,as multi projects development, the projects become more and more complex. Each coordinate link should be scientific and rational managed to improve the efficiency of the organization of the project and better service to the project goals.Coordination becomes the key to the multi projects to succeed. The thesis combed the domestic and foreign research, and analyzes the different stages of the contractors in the multi projects in the process of strategy and the process of coordination. The thesis applied the game game theory to the coordinated management of multi projects, and builds game models to explain the influencing factors and profit distribution at all phases of the life cycle of the project with the property on the subway station project as example and provide decision-making basis for policymakers. This thesis found: all the contractors have various factors that affect the optimal strategy according to the different time they joined. In this phase, the decision on how to combine construction is the key.In the project preparation phase, coordinating the bidding strategy between the metro owner and the building owner to choose the right conductor is the key to conform to the interests of the multi projects. In the construction phase, consultants play a important role in this phase. Finally, based on the analysis of the above models, this thesis establishes the coordinate models for all stages, and summarizes how to achieve the optimization interests for the parties involved in the coordinate game.
