The city is a complex space with both physical and social attributes.It has explicit physical characteristics on one hand and hidden social attributes on the other.Each of the public centers in the city center system is the most dynamic and attractive place in the city,the most radiant areas of public facilities,and the concentration of population and economic operations.With the Internet as the representative of the information and communication technology in the global rapid development,positioning system and location service applications become a necessity for the lives of urban residents.The database of time and space information is virtually constructed by residents using the spatial location information left by these system and applications.In order to explore the status of Hefei city center system,this study excavates the network data of Sina Weibo and Gaode map to identify and evaluate the current urban center system of Hefei.First of all,by digging Sina Weibo and Gode map two open platform,Hefei city center for a week of microblogging sign data,microblogging POI data and Gode map POI data is obtained.Secondly,through the Sina Weibo POI field included in the cumulative number of signings for nuclear density analysis,depicting the crowd gathered hotspot distribution situation trends,and using these hot spots to identify the city center architecture;through the analysis of the dynamic changes of residents 'time and space in Hefei city center in September 2016,the regularity and difference between residents' working days and nonworking days were compared;with the Gaode map POI data,the service facility POI is analyzed by nuclear density to describe the hot spot distribution of land use intensity,and the city center architecture is identified by building intensity hotspots.Then,by comparing the distribution of hotspots,the temporal and spatial patterns of crowd aggregation,site construction intensity hot spots between the public center in urban center system,using a specific time hot spots to evaluate the population distribution in the urban public center;evaluating the distribution of public facilities in urban public centers with POIs that are consistent with the nature of public facilities.It's analyzed that differences in the evaluation of different data and the causes of those.Finally,through this study,it is found that there are some problems and shortcomings in the urban center system planned in the master plan.According to the evaluation results of this study,the corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward according to the above problems and shortcomings.And summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of using Big data as a new method of identifying and evaluating the city center system,the deficiencies are summarized and the future research is expected.
