Research On Service Space Agglomeration And Space Layout Of Changchun

The service space itself is a multi-dimensional conception, mainly referring to theservice industry can influence and radiation region. The service space is fundamentallycaused by the economic factors, maintaining regional economic and geographical objectiveconnection. Service space plays a decisive role in the city function space.Changchun from generation to recently rapid development has only200years of history,like other domestic metropolis, Changchun city scale increases rapidly, so like landing cityfunction and internal functional city zoning gradually emerges, that the service function landof Changchun is how to extend, what is the relationship between the service function land useand other functions, and what is its internal coordination mechanism, and the future cityservice function with good extended needs to adopt what kind of spatial pattern. On the basisof the space based services at home and abroad, the thesis systematically analyzes the servicespace evolution of Changchun city, specifically analyzing the present stage of ChangchunService spatial characteristics and the service space issues in-depth analysis, this paper finallyputs forward the service space adjustment and optimization of guiding principle, optimizationdirection and spatial pattern. The main body of this paper consists of four parts:The first part is the basic theory of space research, firstly defined the conception of cityfunction space and service space. On the basis of them, the paper brings up spatialagglomeration dynamic mechanism as well as the layout feature selection theory, location ofservice types, location and space layout, and summarizes related research at home andabroad.The second part mainly includes the analysis of the service space evolution process andthe present situation of service space. The service space evolution process analysis is dividedinto five parts, namely the old city service space formation stage, the affiliated district servicespace expansion stage, the service space Manchukuo period regional formation and perfectstage, service space during the period of planned economy development evolution analysisand the city area during the period of service space analysis; analysis of current situation ofservice space mainly consists of four parts, firstly defined the service space, secondlyanalyzed the whole service space of Changchun City and each of service spatialdifferentiation situation, and then a detailed analysis of the service space features of concretemathematics method, finally according to certain standards divided some areas of ChangchunCity service space, and detailed studied the various district service space characteristics.The third part is the service space problem diagnosis, selection of a certain index,mathematical method and area, from the macro and micro aspects of the service function of land and other land between function were studied in detail, and concluded the correspondingproblems.The fourth part on the basis of previous research on the adjustment and optimization ofservice space was discussed, including the adjustment and optimization of the principle, thedirection, adjust and optimize the structure and prospect.
