With the high and new technology as the leading factor of the battlefield environment,the demand of modern warfare for intelligent and modularity of all kinds of weapon system is higher and higher,which requires the weapon system to meet the needs of the variety of operational environment.The emergence of technology of the fuze setting enables the action mode of artillery ammunition to implement diversification,which greatly improved the work efficiency of weapon system.Among which the electromagnetic induction setting technology has been widely applied because of its strong reliability and anti-jamming.This thesis mainly studies the information and energy transmission scheme of induction setting system.This thesis aimed to design induction-setting system which is applied to large caliber artillery.Because of the large caliber of the projectile,the system needs to be implemented under a farther induction distance to complete the wireless energy transmission,and to ensure a higher data transfer rate.In order to solve the problem of information and energy transmission,this thesis mainly study in the basic circuit and the coupling coil of the system.The design of the circuit of the system aim to realize the information coding,modulation,power amplifier and demodulation,and the design of coupling coil aim to increase the energy transmission efficiency and increase the induction distance as much as possible.This thesis build the overall design scheme based on the function of the induction setting system.Firstly,the theory of the information and the energy transmission in the induction setting system are analyzed,than the work frequency of the system is selected and the basic circuit and coil structure design scheme of the system are determined.The design of the basic circuit mainly includes the modulation circuit,power amplification circuit,rectifier circuit and demodulation circuit.The design of the coil structure mainly through the methods of simulation and theory analysis,and the detailed design parameters of the transmitter coil and receive coil are determined.Finally,the experimental platform is established to test the effectof the information and energy transmission.The experiments shows that the data transmission rate and energy transmission distance can meet the requirements of the system,which verified the feasibility of design scheme.
