The theory and the technique of the power non-contact transmission of the fuzeinductive setting system are studied in this dissertation. In the background of theinformationization war, the fuze needs to be set in time to intercept the missile effective, including the power and the data. With the development of the inductive setting, the highquality of the power transmission is required. So through the application of thesmall-caliber fuze and the multi-tube rocket fuze, great emphasis is put on the powertransmission to make the inductive setting reliable and effective.According to the composing and the principle of the inductive setting system and themutual inductance model, the mathematic model of the coupling frame is studied. For acertain coupling frame, the theoretical value is gained through the theoretical formula.On the basis of the theory analysis of the electromagnetic field and finite element, theElectromagnetic-Circuit Simulation of ANSYS is used to analyze the coupling frame, including the parallel plate structure, arc structure and concentric tube structure. On thebasis of the concentric tube structure, further research on the jam of the multi-tube, magnetic core, shield, load, frequency, air gap, fuze body, metal firing tube are carried outto analyze the output voltage of the secondary coil, a series of conclusion which providetheory reference to improve the efficiency of the power transmission and doexperimentation, optimize the coupling frame structure is got.In order to validate the simulation result, a kind of setter is used to do theexperimentation. According to the setting of the test, the model and parameter of thesimulation are modified. The results of the simulation are verified by comparison. So usingthe method, it is in favor of the modification and serialized design of a product, thereby ofdeveloping the design efficiency.
