As a branch of Wireless Power Transmission Technology, Inductive CoupledPower Transmission(ICPT) is a new electric access technology, which solved theproblem that traditional electric access technology in the dusty、equipment frequentlymove environment. However, in many special occasions, such as measurement andcontrol devices and communicate to devices of the human body, requires not onlywireless power transmission, but also need wireless transmission signal. However, thepresent study only focused on the separation of power and signal transmission or signaltransmits from the primary loop to the secondary loop in energy channel. This papermechanically study on inductive coupled signal bidirectional transfer system, usingICPT power channel to transmit signal simultaneously.This paper is based on national natural Science foundation “Research on keytechnology of efficient contactless power transfer system with multi-degree freedom”and horizontal cooperation projects “xxx inductive coupling power and signaltransmission device research and development” with a large state-owned corporation, itmainly focuses on the mechanism of signal bidirectional transmission in ICPT systembased on the group’s research on the Inductive Coupled Power Transmission.Paper induced signal bidirectional transmission technology. As to the signaltransmits from the primary to the second loop, we provided another modulationfrequency selection strategy on the basis of existed method of adjusting the switchcontrol frequency to modulate signal. This modulation strategy did well in reducing theenergy loss and improving stability of signal transmission. Demonstrated the feasibilitytheoretically and designed demodulation circuit. On the other hand, this paper proposeda new method for signal reverse transmission. Based on the reflected impedance, thismethod is implemented to regulate the capacity value of the secondary loop accordingto the signal transmitted. Then monitor the current wave of the primary circuit todemodulate signal. In this paper, how the reflected impedance influence the current isanalyzed and approved by the experimental verification.Finally, this paper evaluated the quality of signal and power transmission.Analyzed maximum signal transmission rate theoretically and efficiency of power andthe relations between signal and power transfer efficiency. Inhibited over-current andover-voltage caused by signal transmission. At last, paper introduced method of power compensation.
