In the modern warfare, as the fundamentally changing of the war model and thebattlefield space, all kinds of operational control requirements of artillery ammunition isalso becoming more and more complex. Although the normal electric fuze can control theammunition to complete different fighting task, however, the setting efficiency of thecontrolling information has become the more significant factor that determines the result of awar. In the continuously developing fuze induction setting technology, the fuze ammunitioninduction setting technology which developed direct at the ship-based large-caliber artilleryhas become the basis of the measure of the shipboard artillery operational capability.According to the specific operational environment of large caliber cannon, this paperproposes a setting system which can accomplishes the inductive setting relay on the shipboardcomputer, this system can make setting for the shipboard cannon which will shoot with slowrapid. The system will be connected to the upper fire control computer with reticle, it canreceive the TCP/IP data package with the inner model and transfer the information withcoupling coil to the fuze receive unit after encoding the data. The system has well settingperformance, it can inducts1KB data within1S, such big data size can fulfill the fightingrequirement of the cannon.This paper utilizes the basic ultimate principle of normal induct setting system, does a lotof research of the theory about information encode态 modulation and electro-magneticinduction that are used in the system, after all this, the proper technical method wasdetermined. The microprocessor C8051F340was chosen as the MCU of the system, it willcomplete the upper computer data receiving with the help of the Ethernet control chip CP2200,and will accomplish the data encoding and modulating cooperated with the Radio Frequencybase station chip U2270B,finally,the C8051F340in the fuze receive unit will finish thedemodulation and storage. This paper design the software programming base on the hardware circuit, the work performance of the system was tested and reliable experiment results areobtained. The setting effect of the system is accurate and efficiency, this system has somepractical value in engineering for the development of the inductive setting technique andtransformation of shipboard artillery system.
