Study On Water Park Planning Strategy Basing On The Pursuits Of The New-type Urbanization

With the continuous advance of China's urbanization and the urbanization rate of rapid growth,in recent years,China's urban population quantity turns several turn.as of 2016,the national average urbanization rate has reached 57.35%,the number of urban population has more than half of the rural population.Urbanization in China has entered a new era.The new-type urbanization is proposed by the current party and the leaders,basing on the present situation of urbanization in China,and its core connotation is centering on people and ecology.Regarding The water park,the main is the water resources protection and comprehensive utilization of water conservancy project,and the functions include water conservancy,ecological protection,tourism and science research etc.and which also takes an important role in environment,ecology,economy and culture.From the construction of the content and benefits,the relationship between the both is complementary,interdependent and mutually reinforcing.According to the statistics,as of 2016,among the national water park that was approved and the provincial water park and 1/3 of the water conservancy scenic spaces intersect to urban and rural areas.Especially in type of urban rivers and lakes water scenic areas and type of natural rivers and lakes water scenic areas play a vital role in the construction of urbanization.Therefore,the paper takes the water park as the research object,based on the effect of water park on the urbanization to discuss the pursuit of urbanization,and put forward the planning strategy of water park,planning for the future construction of water park to provide reference.The research mainly divides into three parts.First of all,the paper reviews the relevant contents of the water park and the new-type urbanization,explicates each concept,presents construction and development.Secondly,the Water park bases the analysis of a number of water park to sum up the characteristics and the role of that.Under the background of urbanization,put forward the pursuit of the new-type urbanization on the water park..And finally,putting forward water park planning strategy based on the demands of the new-type urbanization in water ecological restoration,water culture promotion,Waterfront open space construction,and ecotourism development and Taking Shaolin River water park(in Dengfeng City,Henan province)as an example to verify the feasibility of the strategy.In this paper,there are main conclusions as below:(1)Water park benefits ecology,culture,society and economy.In the process of the new-type urbanization,water park plays an important role in improving the ecological environment,promoting the urban cultural characteristics,improving the function of cities and towns,and stimulating regional economic growth.(2)Each of water park and the new-type urbanization,has high unities in ecological,cultural,social and economic aspects.And the pursuits of the new-type urbanization on water park include the main media of ecological restoration,important carrier of cultural development,key part of the livable environment,and the core elements of the tourism industry.(3)Based on the characteristics of water park in the content,function,and resource,water park could promote the construction of a good living environment by improving water quality,protecting water resources,restoring habitat;carrying forward the cultural innovation by exalting water conservancy culture,rebuilding cultural carrier and landscape,improving the city function by the construction of waterfront space flood control,recreation,service and other facilities,stimulating regional economic growth by promoting the development of ecotourism,enriching tourism projects,and improving service quality and the utilization of facilities.
