| In recent years,with the promotion of green and prefabricated buildings in China,wood construction has gradually returned to people’s vision because of its renewable materials and high degree of assembly.However,because China’s wooden buildings have experienced a "vacuum period" of development for 30 years,China’s wood-framed buildings are significantly backward from the technical level to the application in Europe,North America and Japan.Since the introduction of modern wooden buildings in the 1990 s,the number of wooden structures in China has been on the rise,and the technical specifications related to wooden structures have gradually emerged.However,the current practice of wooden construction is still relatively simple,mainly in light wood construction.Mainly in the dry-type building,the former can not express the aesthetic characteristics of the wooden building very well,and the latter is difficult to create a rich and diverse architectural space due to the limitations of the structure.Modern wood frame buildings are widely used in the practice of wooden construction abroad,and are still in the exploration period in China.The structure has obvious advantages in terms of structural ease of construction,space flexibility and environmental adaptability.To promote the development of modern wood frame construction in China,enrich the diversified practice of wood construction,from the technical perspective to modern bulidings.The study of wood frame buildings is very necessary.This paper firstly expounds the concept and development of wood frame building,and summarizes the technical concepts applied in the building,and then promotes the space realization and spatial expression of wood frame buildings.Technical characteristics of wooden frame buildings.Then,this paper conducts research and analysis from two aspects of space realization and spatial expression.Each aspect analyzes and studies the important elements of the three frameworks of the overall frame,connection nodes and enclosure interface of the building,and explores and organizes each Technical points and technical strategies in space expression for the realization of elements in spaceFinally,the author participates in the main design work of the Yulin Sand Park Visitor Service Center project,and analyzes the final results of the design completion.It verifies the feasibility of the technical points and technical strategies summarized in the previous article in a practical way..I hope that the research of this thesis can provide some design ideas and reference for the design practice of Chinese wood frame buildings. |
