| In recent years,with sustained economic development in China,infrastructure investment in education has increased.With the expansion of enrollment of school-age children,as well as the balancing of high quality education resources,quality requirement for the infrastructure of existing primary and secondary schools has risen.Remodeling and enlargement can solve this problem to a large extent.Compared to new construction,remodeling and enlargement of existing buildings has the advantage of a shorter construction period,relatively simplifier permit requirement and less impact on school activities etc.The aim of this article is to reflect on the experience of previous projects,identify existing management problems,and introduce the concept and method of lean management to improve the quality of management.In this paper,starting from the elaborating management basic theory research,based on the relevant theory of construction project management,analyzed the present stage of primary and secondary schools management attaches great importance to the insufficiency in engineering management,technical management is not strict,lack of construction process management,reasonable using the method of literature research,case analysis of the present stage reconstruction of primary and secondary schools project preparation,construction,project acceptance,project data collected and project review five aspects proposed the concrete management measures,goals,processes and methods.Through the application of practical engineering cases,and further illustrates the lean management in the school play a role in construction project management and the significance,it can effectively raise the quality of primary and secondary school reconstruction project management and provide reference and help to the project management education field workers,has a strong guiding significance to the real work,at the same time,also for projects of primary and secondary schools in the future development of the lean management of advice and direction.Hope that through the joint efforts of everyone,to improve the field of education in our country construction project’s overall management level,improve the reconstruction projects of middle and primary school buildings use function and the quality of construction to the primary and middle school students to provide a comfortable and healthy learning environment. |
